Birgitta Olofson, founder of SteP Education, works as an advisor for corporate boards and management teams when investing in trainings. She is Sweden’s first certified greytogreen Partner and is well experienced workshopleader with more than 20 greytogreen workshops. She will be facilitating the workshop with;

Iele Steen, co-founder of Balinca. One of the three founders of greytogreen, based in Belgium and France. She is a very well internationally experienced  workshopleader. Her passion is to not only see people grow, but to provide people to grow themselves.
